Classic Apple Pie
Peel and core apples and slice them thin. You should have about 8 cups. Toss apples with sugars, cinnamon, & lemon juice. Set aside until they release some of their juices (approx. 1 hour)
Bake for 30 mins at 375°. Lower temp. to 350°, rotate pie, bake 30 minutes more.
