Cauliflower & Olives

Clean and core the cauliflower and boil it in lightly salted water to cover until al dente. Drain it and when it is cool enough to handle, cut it into pieces. Arrange these in a salad bowl, add the anchovies, capers, and olives. Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 2 tbsp pitted black olives
  • .25 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper
