A lighter stirfry that's quick and easy. Could benefit from some nuts or a slightly sweet vegetable
Prepare ingredients and set aside. Heat 2 tablespoons peanut oil in a wok until smoking. Add leek, fry for 1 minute, and move to the side of the wok. Add the chicken, soy sauce, fermented beans, and dried pepper, and fry for 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir fry another 3 or 4 minutes or until the snowpeas are just barely cooked.
