Chinese Cabbage Stir Fry
Hand shred the cabbage and drain them completely
Prepare other seasonings.
Heat up oil in wok over medium, add garlic, white part of green onion and ginger, fry until aroma. Add dried chili pepper and Sichuan peppercorn too to fry for another 20 seconds.
Turn up the fire and add drained cabbage. After that, add salt, soy sauce and vinegar. Do a quick stir fry for around 1 minute.
Remove from fire and add green onion section. Mix well and serve hot!
Note:
You can also add some protein in this recipe like bacon, pork belly or sausage. In order to make sure that the flavor is well absorbed by the cabbage, drain the leaves completely before frying.
