Recipe for Rack of Eight Pork Ribs
Combine all marinade ingredients in a a non-metallic dish.
Separate spare ribs into individual ribs and combine with marinade. Mix well. Cover dish and keep in fridge for a minimum of 3 hours.
Pre-heat the oven to 375.
Put the sauce ingredients in an oven-proof frying pan. Bring the sauce to a boil and then reduce heat and add spare ribs. Cover and simmer gently for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Uncover and cook in oven for approximately 15 minutes. The ribs should begin to brown and the sauce become tacky.
Serve at once!
