Cuisinart Pie Crust


Put two cups of butter in Cuisinart with one stick of cut butter. Mix until butter is finely integrated into flour. Cut and add second stick of butter and mix until coarse. Then, add just enough ice water, a little bit at a time, until mixture can clump when balled in the hand. Chill.
