This recipe covers the basics of a curry. Choose your own preferred meat and vegetables.
Fry onion in oil. Add garlic and ginger. Stir 1 minute. Add cubed meat and brown. Add curry powder. Add more oil if needed. Fry a bit then add liquid. Bring to boil. Add salt. Simmer 45 minutes. Add Vegetables. Simmer additional 30 minutes. Add garnish.
