shake excess marinade from chicken, dredge in sesame seeds

deep fry chicken until golden brown

  • 1 lb chicken cut into .5" cubes
  • .5 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp grated ginger
  • .25 cup sake
  • .25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbls mirin
  • .5 cup sesame seeds
  • oil for frying
  • steamed rice for serving
