Potato Korokke
bake potatoes at 400° for 20 mins/until knife goes through (or microwave for 10 mins)
melt butter, add onion, cook until translucent
add pork until cooked through and no liquid in pan, remove from heat
mash potatoes and pork, add soy sauce, sugar, pepper, heavy cream
form into flat disks and put in fridge for 1 hour
flour, egg, panko & deep fry 3 mins/golden brown
