Saucepan Carrots

chop carrots horizontal till they fit in saucepan

put butter and bay leaves on top

season with salt/pepper

add water till halfway up

cover with lid

simmer 20 minutes or until cooked

remove lid to cook off water, about 30 minutes

let carrots sizzle in butter for 5 minutes
