Shepherd's Pie


Shepherd's pie, or cottage pie, is a great way to use up your Sunday roast leftovers.

Mix meat, onion, gravy, salt and pepper. Put in 13x9 dish in 350 oven. Peel, boil, and mash potatoes. Flavor potatoes with butter, milk, and optionally herbs or cheese. Put potato on top of meet and bake until browned on top.

  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • Gravy
