Baked in a cast iron skillet. From Southern Living magazine.
Preheat oven to 325°. Lightly coat cast-iron with oil/butter.
Beat brown sugar, white sugar, and butter until light and fluffy. Add egg, milk, vanilla, blend.
Whisk flour, baking soda, salt in a bowl. Add to butter mixture gradually, beating until combined.
Add 1 cup chocolate chips, beat in.
Spread mixture evenly in skillet. Top with remaining chocolate chips.
Bake in oven until golden and set, about 50 minutes.
