Waffles


Light and fluffy buttermilk waffles

Mom's waffle recipe, which doesn't use oil the way most of the recipes I find do. Multiply ingredients by the number of people you have.

Separate eggs. Whip the egg whites until soft peaks form. Mix together egg yolks, flour, buttermilk, baking soda, and melted butter. Then fold in the egg whites into the mixture.
