Mix flour, milk, and eggs, to make batter and add some salt. Let sit 1 hour in fridge prior to use.
Heat oven to 425 and put a teaspoon of beef fat in each portion of a muffin tin. Put muffin tin in oven and heat until fat sizzles. Add a tablespoon of water to batter and add a small amount, 1-2 tablespoons, to each portion of muffin tin. Cook 20 minutes.
